What is Attesta?
Attesta gives you an independent second look at your photos, with visible observations and clearer questions. You can document property damage, a job walkthrough, before-and-after photos or something else.
How do I take good photos?
Start with a wide view from about 5 feet away. Then add a close-up. For damage you can safely reach, place a coin beside it for scale. Take photos only from a safe location — don't climb onto a roof for this.
What if I have an insurance claim?
Choose Yes when asked if there is an insurance claim. If you supply your adjuster's list, NOT LISTED means we couldn't find that item in the list; ASK means the photos or wording need clarification. Without a supplied list, the check shows observations and questions instead. Neither label promises a payment.
What does Save Attest do?
It saves a dated copy of this version so later changes can be detected. Earlier Attests are kept. It doesn't certify the damage or your claim.
Who can see my information?
Your photos, address, notes and adjuster's list are private to your account. Anyone with an Attest link can check the saved record, but cannot see your photos, full address or private list.
What doesn't Attesta do?
Attesta gives no dollar amounts or coverage opinions. It is not an appraisal, insurance advice or legal advice. Photos can't show hidden damage, and a visit to the property may still be needed.
